Slottisar

People sometimes refer to us boarding students as "slottisar". Basically if you translate it to english it means the "castleies", people living in the castle.
   Living in a castle surrounded with friends is fun. You are never alone (which can also be a negative thing) and you come up with many bizarre ideas to do together. As I wrote about my own room a few posts back I realised I haven't posted anything from the boarding common rooms. There are many common rooms that are shared by everyone at the castle. We eat all of our meals in the school dining hall, unless we cook some food ourselves in the student kitchen. We have shared showers and bathrooms, and a laundry room were we do our own laundry. In addition we have two "häng rum", rooms were we can hang out and chill. There is also a quite well equipped gym downstairs in the basement.
 Most of the castle is renovated, and not in the original state, but still there are a few rooms that still give you that castle feeling.
